Rules as far as avatars go:
No pornography (keep all images rated PG.)Maximum size : 65 x 65Keep bright light flashing animations to a minimumMore to come

No pornography (keep all images rated PG.)No bright flashing stuffNo direct linking (unless the site is yours)Maximum width is 500 and maximum height is 100.
Characters allowed are already defined.No profanity.More soon to come
Failure to comply with these rules may result in:
Warning on first offence. Banning upon further offences.
